For design projects where sourcing is needed, plus “light” contractor work is involved. Examples: one or two, labor-involved items, where a contractor or subcontractor is involved such as: new tile installation, new light installation (electrical work), new custom built-ins, etc. In addition to all the interior design service deliverables (curated floor plan, photo-realistic 3d rendering, sourcing, concept board, ordering and procurement) we will also provide light project management and coordinate specific details with contractor or subcontractor and spend time detailing specification drawings, elevation drawings, and/or any other detailed instruction for installation guidance. For semi-renovations, full renovations, “room facelifts” or new construction refer to our “Diamond Package”.
