Ideal for projects with new construction, remodeling or projects with structural changes and heavy labor. Examples include kitchen and bathroom remodeling or renovations where there are multiple labor-involved items with more project management required. Examples: removing/adding walls, projects with new windows or doors, new flooring, new lighting or electrical work, new cabinets or cabinet refinishing, closet design, millwork design, new architectural elements, etc. In addition to all the interior design service deliverables (curated floor plan, photo-realistic 3d rendering, sourcing, concept board, ordering and procurement) we also will manage and coordinate details with contractors and subs to provide detailed drawings, elevation drawings and/or detailed instructions for installation guidance. Includes a number of site visits and full service project management.
