  POLICY 
New projects: will generally commence at least 2 business days after submittal of all files. 
  Lead time is typically 3-5 business days from start date, depending on the scope of work. 
  Rush projects will incur a rush order fee at 1.5x hourly fee. 
  On average, a room will total approximately 5 to 10 hours per room for a full set of drawings and renderings. 
  It could be less, or it could be more depending on the scope of the project, and number of revisions. 
  I do my best to commence and complete every project as soon as possible.
